Ling is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Computing and Information Systems, University of Melbourne. Ling’s research focuses on data mining and machine learning for user behaviour analysis, recommender systems, and time series analysis. Ling has an established track record in designing and applying advanced machine learning techniques to make a real impact via research and industry projects in behavioural analytics, health informatics, finance, and infrastructure management.
