These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the Onethird website located at www.onethird.tech and all associated sites, apps, and services linked to Onethird by its subsidiaries and affiliates, including the SOMA product ecosystem.
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Ownership of Site and Content
All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled, or licensed by or to Onethird.

Celsius and SERA Services
Onethird provides the Celsius mattress accessory and the SERA (Sleep Environment Regulating Algorithm) model to optimise your sleep environment.
Local Processing: While SERA processes data locally on your Celsius device to ensure stability and privacy, certain updates and de-identified data transmissions require periodic connectivity.
Service Availability: Onethird does not guarantee that the Site or any Content, service, or feature will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Onethird products, including Celsius, and the insights derived from the SERA model are for informational and environmental optimisation purposes only.
They are not medical devices.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or sleep disorder.
