Ximing Wan is pursuing a Master of Information Technology (AI), building on a BSc in Data Science from the University of Melbourne. Serving as Scrum Master for SOMA, Ximing keeps the team aligned with pragmatic sprint planning, crisp ownership, and reliable delivery. On the engineering side, Ximing helps implement the end-to-end pipeline: robust serial links to devices, streaming ingestion and buffering, structured storage, reliable data export, and UI layers for real-time heatmaps and time-range replay. Ximing emphasises reliability, concise documentation, and maintainable handovers to support sustainable releases.
